Submission: What are the steps for submitting my practicum?

There are three steps to successfully submitting your practicum video. These are outlined as you progress through your chosen course and get closer to the practicum portion of your course. Be sure to complete these three steps in order, as this will allow for us to receive your practicum, have it evaluated by a member of our wonderful team, and have your feedback sent back to you in a timely manner. You can expect your feedback within 3 weeks (21 business days) if all these steps are followed correctly.

The three steps for submitting your practicum are outlined below:

Step 1 is to review the practicum teaching criteria.

You will use the criteria laid out in this step of your course, to create your flow and to record your practicum video.

Step 2 is the submission of your written flow. 

Prior to video recording your practicum, you will submit your written flow to our team. There is a form for this, attached to this step in your course. Once your written flow is submitted, we expect your practicum video to follow within 15 days. 

Step 3 is the submission of your video practicum class.

You will need to fill in the form attached to this step in your course.  This will let us know that your practicum video upload is on its way to us shortly. 

You will then need to check your email (including your junk/spam folders if you do not see it in your inbox) for further instructions on where and how to upload your video practicum.  It can take up to 24 hours for that email to arrive, due to us all being in different time zones.
