Practice: If I am working through the course in a space that is not set up for a physical class, is it ok to come back to the practical classes when I have more time and space?

The beauty of online learning is that you have the flexibility to work through the course in a way that suits you and your lifestyle. 

If you are working through the manual, written lectures or video lectures in a parking lot waiting for the kids to finish their activities or on your lunch break at work or on transit, we understand that these are not going to be practical spaces to roll out your mat and get into a class! 

So please know that you can come back to the physical classes when you are in a setting that is more conducive to your learning and relaxation. You will benefit much more from creating appropriate time and space for these classes, rather than trying to squeeze them in because you are at that specific point in the course!

If you prefer to move through the course in the order it is presented, then another option is to simply pause when you cannot progress any further in your current setting, and then come back to where you left off when you have the time and space. The Teachable platform will always save your progress through the course, so you do not need to worry about that!
