What is the 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program?

Our Yoga Alliance approved, 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training gives you the tools you need to rise to the top in a career you’re passionate about. From the basics to the advanced practices, this training helps you develop personally and prepares you to support your students through their own, unique yoga journeys. 

Yoga teachers with the 500 Hour designation qualify to lead Yoga Teacher Trainings. As well, they can apply for the designation of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and start their own yoga teacher training programs.
