What courses are included in the 300-Hour Advanced Training?

The following 6 courses are included in the 300 Hour program. Students are required to complete all courses to qualify for certification.

- 175 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

- 50 Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

- 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

- 15 Hour Art of Chanting

- 15 Hour Anatomy of Breath

- 15 Hour Finding Your Voice

✓You will receive an individual certificate for each program, as well as a 300 Hour certificate.

✓You will be certified as a Yin Teacher, Restorative Teacher and 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher (Vinyasa and Hatha).
