Is the 200-Hour program Yoga Alliance approved?

Yes, our programming (whether online or in person) is Yoga Alliance approved programming.  

Yoga Alliance (Global) ~ We have been a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance (yogaalliance.org) since January 2010 ~ we began our school under the name “Yogacara” and we have since become “Your Yoga Flow”. They accept registrations for the designation RYT200 from our graduates, worldwide. They are the global standard for yoga certifications.

Canadian Yoga Alliance ~  This organization accepts registrations for the designation CYA-RYT200 from our graduates.

CIMSPA UK ~ Upon successful completion, students who wish to become members of CIMSPA UK will be able to do so. Your Yoga Flow will provide students with an accreditation letter that is specific to CIMSPA requirements.

Remember, all Yoga Alliance registrations are optional and are not required to teach.
